NET has been present on the market since 1993. We manufacture and sell candles. In addition to this core activity, we also offer accompanying products related to candles – candle holders, decorations, oils, and products for the home and garden.
NET is a company where product quality and meeting the needs and desires of our customers are the most important guidelines, to which everything else is subordinated. An honest and honorable relationship with our customers, both small and large, is more important than short-term gains. We want to build relationships based on trust.
Our standard approach, developed over years in the market, includes advising on product selection, suggesting display methods, and creating product presentation simulations based on given dimensions. Thanks to this approach, we have achieved the status of a leading manufacturer with the widest range in Croatia and beyond.
Through continuous investment in the most modern technology park, we have created a foundation for mass production, making us regional leaders. We also keep up with market trends, develop new product models, and invest in logistics. Special attention is given to raw material procurement. We source directly from refineries worldwide that produce quality raw materials according to our specifications, ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality inputs.

OUR PRODUCTS
Customers are increasingly seeking our products, and certainly not without reason. By following current trends in design, color, and shape, we stay in tune with the market. Every year, we launch many new product models, available in various surface finishes and dozens of colors.
We are present at all major international exhibitions and workshops focused on home and garden décor, wedding styles, and hospitality.
Our products are categorized by shape and purpose into several main groups. Currently, we produce around 500 types of candles in forty color shades, with several surface treatments.
Each year, NET launches dozens of new items across all product groups. All meet the highest quality standards.
Our products are made from carefully selected, purified raw materials.
The candles burn optimally, without smoke or soot, with vibrant colors and stable shapes.
We use eco-friendly wicks, tested for each candle shape.
Before production begins, our lab tests control samples and all relevant elements to ensure the final product meets these high standards.
We continuously develop our own machines and equipment to improve the production of new shapes and finishes.

RELIABLE LOGISTICS
Reliable and fast delivery is a key factor for our customers. Our central warehouse of 7,000 m² ensures we always have sufficient stock of our current assortment.
Our delivery times for agreed assortments are short, as our distribution network operates on a 24–48 hour delivery principle, straight to the customer’s door.
A modern warehouse system, EDI system, and additional checks before shipping guarantee high-quality, fast, and accurate deliveries.
In addition to our own delivery vehicles, we collaborate with distribution companies and logistics centers with proven top-quality delivery organization.
Our delivery times for agreed assortments are short, as our distribution network operates on a 24–48 hour delivery principle, straight to the customer’s door.

NORMS
Since January 2009, we have been the first Croatian candle manufacturer to implement a quality system according to ISO 9001:2000.
At the same time, we introduced the Risk Assessment – Product Risk Management system to ensure customer safety against all potential product risks.
In January 2010, the system was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008.
And in March 2018, we received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
These systems allow us to closely monitor the quality of all incoming raw materials and the production process up to the storage of finished products.
Investing in this system has enabled traceability of products from raw material entry to customer delivery.
In candle production, we also adhere to the European RAL-GZ 041 standard to ensure the highest quality.

STANDARDIZATION
Every candle is an open flame, so we always advise our customers to follow all safety labels on our products. Each NET candle product has safety symbols on the packaging for handling and burning.
All this is to preserve the candle's main purpose: a symbol of light, warmth, peace, and relaxation.
We’ve divided the symbols into two main groups:
One group includes symbols for safe candle handling to avoid harm to people, animals, and property—e.g., not leaving the candle unattended.
The second group of symbols includes instructions for candle maintenance (e.g., extinguishing, trimming edges, spacing) to help the candle burn better and last longer.
Each group of candles and lanterns has its own safety instructions.
Unless stated otherwise, candles should be stored upright between -5°C and 22°C, on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight and other heat sources.
Candles should be lit on a surface that does not absorb paraffin.
